These Kelch caps are made proudly in the U.S.A. They work great for the polaris quad models as long as you have 8 1/8 inches of gas tank depth minimum. They work great on the Scrambler, Trail Boss, Magnum, or Explorer models. They also work on some Sportsmans, but very few. Most sportsmans take a shorter cap of 7 3/4 inches in Length also available here in our store. Some of the Sportsmans made in 2003 take an even shorter cap of 7 3/8 inches. These caps also work on several Artic Cat Quads Including some Bearcat models and the 454 500 and 600. The do not work on the little Artic Cat Quads such as the 50, 90, or 400DVX. It is always best to measure your tank before ordering, no matter what model you own. Measure from the top of the filler neck straight down until you hit the bottom of the fuel tank, or any obstruction that would hit the gauge rods. If it isn't at least 8 1/8 inches this cap is too long. I can make a custom cap for any vehicle using an 2 1/4 inch or 2 1/2 inch cap.
